About the course
CSU’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program focuses on the fundamentals of the key business areas and equips you with an opportunity to learn and develop the critical skills necessary to become a more effective manager, and a future business leader.
No work experience is required for admission to this MBA degree.
If you have a degree but no work experience you can undertake the 16 subject MBA within 2 years. |
Advanced standing
Credit into the Master of Business Administration is awarded based on studies completed at postgraduate or equivalent level.
- You may receive credit for up to 50% of the course (eight 8 point subjects) for studies completed within the last ten years.
- No credit will be given for subjects completed at the undergraduate level.
- Up to 50% credit into the MBA without work experience for 'applicable subjects' - if you have successfully completed the CSU Master of Business. You will study a minimum of eight subjects of the MBA and must complete the ‘Professional Development’ subjects as part of your degree.

The 2 years MBA comprises 16 subjects and provides you with the ability to tailor your degree to suit your needs and career aspirations. You must follow the set pattern outlined below:
